Videos, psychotherapy, interactive resources to assist positive mental health

For less than the price of a cup of coffee this resource offers a multitude of interactive and other resources to assist you to improve your wellbeing and therefore the quality of your life. Although this resource has been written for the Secondary School and University market, it will serve all ages over 14 years equally well.

This resource aims to empower the user to take important first steps in moving towards improved mental health and wellbeing. As many people struggle to afford to pay for mental health services; can feel uncomfortable talking to anyone about what they are experiencing or need help when services are closed, this app seeks to provide a way for any person to make a strong and meaningful beginning in private, in their own time or, if they have access to an appropriate counsellor or health professional to use it to maximize the benefit of the consultations. For these reasons the app provides:

Many fully interactive e-Tools that are designed in simple, sequential step-by-step units that can be used alone or with a counsellor to assist you to deal with addiction, bullying, mental health challenges, financial distress, domestic violence, resilience and respectful relationships. E-Tools and e-Books provided are:

• The Mental Health Workbook- a step by step interactive resource to assist you if you want to begin to improve your mental health and assist you to connect with a health professional

• The Bullying Resolution Journal- a step by step interactive resource to assist you if you need to work with a school or workplace counselor to appropriately address and resolve bullying and harassment

• The Alcohol and Other Drugs e-Book – a step by step interactive resource to assist you if you have an addiction problem

• The Financial Distress e-Book- a step by step interactive resource to assist you if you are suffering from financial distress

• The Domestic Abuse Safety Plan e-Tool- a step by step interactive resource to assist you if you need to stay safe if you live in a violent environment

• The Respectful Relationships e-Book- this book is designed for Secondary School Students and to work through as a classroom resource to assist young people to understand what Respectful Relationships are and how they can improve the quality of their lives

Videos and classroom resources that explain many topics simply, in animated form and that suits those who really don’t feel up to reading. These animations cover information and related separate Q and A animations on the following topics:
