Communicate with our staff in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages, and even check in for Virtual Clinic telemedicine visits.

The app is designed specifically for Weston Medical Health & Wellness patients and you can't use the app unless you're already a patient under our care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Weston Medical Health & Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where we can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
