Widget: Sunrise & Sunset Times

This update delivers a new feature for multiple locations users: fixed location per widget (check out the Settings option, selected when widget is placed).
Android now differentiates between in-use-location access and all-the-time location access - Sunnytimes Widget should have all-the-time access to receive your current location without the App itself being opened.
