state-of-art utilizes cutting edge technologies which include CNC Multi Axes coilers & wire formers Spring length sorter device with SPC on line, conveyor & spiral Heat treatment furnace, Brightening process, Spring length set removing Machines, Spiral and Garter Spring Winding machines, profile projector, computerized UTM, Chatillion load testing, latest computerized Torsion Spring tester as well as precision measuring and test equipments. This ensures that all Wirecom products are of the Global Standard.

The Raw material used is from reputed suppliers like Tata Steel, Usha Martin Rajratna Wires, Saru copper and Sandvik etc and confirm to IS and international Specifications.
