WOD.io (Workout Of The Day) is an app to help you get a great workout.

There are three types of basic workout, but you can use the timers in them for other porpoises, too...

Rounds.io

Do a specific set of exercises (e.g. 5 push ups, 5 pull ups, 5 sit ups) as many times as possible within a time

limit (e.g. 5 minutes)

Minute.io

Do a specific set of exercises in under a minute, then take the rest of the minute to rest

Speed.io

Do a specific set of exercises (e.g. 5 push ups, 5 pull ups, 5 sit ups) in the shortest amount of time possible
