Employees will be able to access the valuations of the companies at the time of agreeing to be contacted by them, in order to choose the best options.

How does it work? The app has two profiles:

Employee profile: Download the WorkOn app, load your preferences and your jobs, record your video curriculum and go ON. That way you will be visible on the map of postulated candidates so that companies can contact you when they need to fill a position with your experience.

Company profile: You will be able to solve your need for hiring personnel in an agile way using our map of candidates applied online ready to be contacted at the moment. Record your searches, and in seconds WorkOn shows you the best candidates near your company ready to start working. Before choosing them, you will be able to visualize the candidate's experience thanks to the evaluation system and the video curriculum.
