Simple useful workout motivation and coaching app

This is workout motivation and coaching app. Main idea in this app to coaching you reach your target in 30 days.

You can do 100 push-ups in a row or 200 squats in a row or 200 sit-ups or 50 pull-ups.

Just select your target from settings and let the app take care of your workout steps.

You can reset workout days.

This app is light weight because we want to keep it simple and effective.

We are welcome for all feedback to improve our app.
