TICK TAC TOE RULES:

1. Tic Tac Toe is played on a 3 square by 3 grid grid.

2. You are X, your friend (or computer in this case) is O. Players take turns placing their marks on the empty squares.

3. The first player to score 3 points in a row (up, down, diagonal or diagonal) wins.

4. The game is over when all 9 squares are filled. If neither player has 3 points in a row, the game ends in a draw.

Once you put an X on a square, you think ahead. Where is the best place for the next X? You look at the empty squares and decide which squares are good choices - which squares might allow you to make three Xs in a row.

You also need to watch where the computer puts the O value. This may change your markup later. If the computer gets two O's in a row, you must put your next X on the last empty square on that line or the computer wins. You are forced to play on a certain frame or lose the game.

If you always pay attention and think ahead, you will never lose a game of Tic Tac Toe. You may not win, but at least you will draw.
