Your Day sport

“Your Day” is a family sports and beauty club.

Our space combines: sports sections, a beauty studio and a mini coffee shop.

Our SPORTS destinations:

(group and individual training)

* hatha yoga

* female yoga

* stretching (stretching of all muscle groups)

* functional training (intense strength training for the whole body)

* female boxing

* healthy back - training to strengthen the muscles of the back, stretching, relaxing.

* boxing

For children:

* taekwondo (from 4 years old)

* rhythmic gymnastics (from 3 years old)

Our BEAUTY STUDIO provides the following services:

* Makeup and hairstyles

* Training in makeup and hairstyles for yourself

* Manicure

* Depilation (wax/sugar)

* Permanent makeup

On the territory there is a MINI COFFEE SHOP where you can drink delicious coffee or cocoa!

For your convenience, there are parallel training sessions in the schedule, when you work out in one gym and your child in another.
