Mobile offer to work with EDS "syncope document"
Application - oriented to mobile working in the system of electronic document and interaction management "syncope document", is aimed at improving the efficiency of work of all employees of the organization in different areas of their joint activities.
Application complies with the concept of ECM (Enterprise Content Management), and supports the full life cycle of document management, the traditional "paper" records management fits into the electronic document organically. The application provides an efficient organization and control of business processes based on the workflow: coordination of documents, processing of complex orders, preparation and conduct of meetings, support the sales cycle and other processes of interaction.
On the basis of an application developed a wide range of business solutions to business problems solution with a definite business effect.
The solution described tasks provide application modules:
- Electronic Document Management. Create and store a variety of unstructured documents (Microsoft Word text, Microsoft Excel tables, Microsoft Visio schema, CorelDraw images, videos, etc.); enhanced support for versions of documents and electronic signature; structuring documents in folders; assignment of access rights to documents; history of working with the documents; full-text and attribute search for documents.
- Business Process Management. The process of harmonization and processing of documents in all stages of the life cycle (docflow); issuance of electronic assignments, and control their implementation; interaction between employees in the course of business processes; support free and hard routes; expandable rich Block Library for forming routes (workflow).
- Contract Management. Organization of the reconciliation process and registering agreements and related documents, and the operational work with them (search, analysis, editing, etc.).
- Management meetings. Organization of meetings and preparation of the (coordination of location and time, the composition of participants, agenda); formation and distribution protocol; control of execution of decisions of the meeting.
- Customer Relationship Management. Maintain a unified database of organizations and contact persons; keeping history of meetings, phone calls and correspondence with clients; support the sales process in accordance with the regulated stages; planning of marketing activities; analysis of the effectiveness of sales and marketing actions.
- Office. Registering paper in accordance with the requirements of the State System of records management (GDLN); keeping the nomenclature of affairs with flexible numbering rules; sending and monitoring the location of paper documents; organization of exchange of electronic documents with electronic signature to other organizations.
- Treatment of citizens and organizations. Organization of work with citizens in accordance with the Federal Law № 59-FZ "On the order of consideration of applications of citizens of the Russian Federation" in public organizations and large enterprises.
- Management performance indicators. Operational control and analysis of business processes on key performance indicators to support the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
