Body Bliss covers all your health and fitness needs

The Body Bliss App is designed to help women take back control of their nutrition and overall health, ditch yo-yo dieting, lose fat for good, and eat without restrictions or food guilt. I am dedicated to giving women the knowledge and tools they need so they can achieve their health and fitness goals and make permanent sustainable changes for the better.

Body Bliss covers all your health and fitness needs. I offer 1 on 1 Personalised Nutrition Coaching where I create customised meal plans tailored to your needs, goals, lifestyle, and preferences OR I can review your current diet and make necessary improvements there. With a focus on your personal macronutrient requirements, I ensure that you receive the perfect balance of nutrients to optimise your overall health, performance, and physique. As your coach, I am here to support you every step of the way, keep you accountable with weekly coaching calls/check-ins, and guide you to a healthier, happier version of you. Invest in yourself, your health, and your happiness.

I also have effective home-based workout programs that will help you maximise results and kickstart your fat loss journey:

- 14-day ab challenge

The Body Bliss app allows you to:

- Track your progress

- Log/access your meal plans with macronutrient information

- Book in your weekly coaching calls with ease

- Schedule any events you may have coming up so we can plan ahead

- Fill in your weekly check-ins to ensure you are on track

- Access my effective home-based workout programs which you can do anywhere at any time

- Contact me with any questions you have and much more.

What to expect:

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to fill out an extensive client questionnaire that helps me get to know you better, including your goals, lifestyle, food habits, preferences, sleep patterns, supplements, allergies, etc. From there, I will review your questionnaire, and we will set up our first coaching call to get to know you better, go over what you are struggling with, and discuss what you want me to help you with specifically. We will work together to come up with an action plan that you are comfortable with, is sustainable, and gets you to your goals. I'll then create your meal plan or review your current diet and make any adjustments if needed. If you're not into tracking your calories, we can also work on mindful eating and mindset coaching. This experience is truly tailored to you because I understand that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all; we may need to experiment to find what works best for you, and that's okay.

Each week we will have a coaching call to see what's been working for you and what isn't working and make any adjustments so that you can finally get back in control of your health and fitness. Invest in your health with the Body Bliss app; you won't regret it. Make moves, not excuses.
