This sentence has always been in my head. It's never too late. The world-famous author Leo Tolstoy learned to ride a bicycle at the age of 67. It reminds us of the slogan it is never too late.

On August 17, 2017, after much thought, I decided to open the site. My goal was to write scientific articles in the Azerbaijani language, to increase the amount of information in the Azerbaijani language.

When I was studying at the university, it was almost impossible to find textbooks in Azerbaijani on the Internet while preparing for lessons, exams and monitoring. To do this, we either had to translate the articles we found in English and Russian into our own language, or we had to get information from libraries and use it. This was a waste of time. It is true that it has been 2 years since I graduated from university. However, I also had to do something to prevent the lack of information in the Azerbaijani language, so that others do not experience these problems in the future. I did some research before deciding to open the site. Resonance, Green Science, Science Azerbaijan, etc. I became even more motivated when sites operating in the scientific and popular genres such as I can not deny the support of my friends. My friends and I created the ElmTehsil.com team.

As ElmTehsil.com, we intend to deliver scientific research to our readers in an understandable, non-tiring and fluent language. Our main goal is to play a small role in the creation of a thinking and learning community. We believe that in time we will break down the wall of ignorance in front of people.

One of our goals as a team of ElmTehsil.com is not to limit our mission to the Internet world. But in order to do this, you will need suggestions and comments from readers.
