The phenomenon of capturing the truth in time series pictures can be applied in governance processes, projects and programmes. Pictures would reveal the TRUTH on the ground. Any citizen with a cell phone can capture the truth in and around her/his vicinity. Digital Citizen Report Card (CRC) is an idea built around this theme to capture the much discussed Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), which comes with a budget of Rs.8000 Crores per year.
