Trainer4Riding is an interactive virtual environment, “A rider´s coaching diary”, which allows the use of distant coaching service (eCoaching) and facilitates the planning of holistic coaching. The diary allows both group and individual coaching.

Using the diary, the coach and the rider can be connected to each other even when they were miles apart. It is also easy to follow the implementation of the coaching plan which includes the riding coaching, physical coaching and mental coaching.

The athlete uses a training log conveniently accessible by a computer or a mobile device. With the help of the log, the training is documented and can be examined by the coach and the trainee. The rider can check the exercises assigned by the coach from his or her calendar. The rider can enter his or her own riding exercises or own personal reminders (for example, competitions, shoeing, visits to a veterinarian, etc.).

With the mobile application, athlete is able to see the exercises and give instant feedback of training by pressing smiley. In addition, she/he is able to add video of exercise as well as heart rate monitor (both horse and rider) and GPS. The data collected by the sensors and the data analysis together with illustrative diagrams allow to analyze, develop and monitor the coaching in a completely new kind of way.

Video-heart rate-synchronization: it is possible to synchronize the heart rate data from the rider and the horse with a video. The synchronization gives a brand new opportunity to follow the coaching combining the skills seen on the video and the heart rate data from both humans and animals. This technology is a completely new innovation even globally.

GPS-data: The rider is able to keep track of distance, time, riding route, speed and average speed of each horse riding session. The data allows monitoring of endurance training for horse, which in turn increases riding safety.
