The shipper can get instant information on the status of their move, can complete virtual premove surveys, request date changes, chat with the move coordinator, complete customer satisfaction surveys, rate the moving crew and file claims. The moving company manages the interaction with the shipper conveniently through their EDC-MoveStar® system.
