As the name goes for our newly-crafted, user-friendly, meticulously-developed mobile application -The LE Customer Hub- is designed in such a way that it makes the entire “booking” process less cumbersome no matter whose angle you view it from.

As for the salient features of the mobile application, its ambit begins by digitally generating (1) spoken/non-spoken F2F bookings, (2) scheduled telephonic/video bookings and (3) on-demand interpreting bookings which were formerly generated through the web.

Now that the facility is available just a tap away, getting to know about the "length and breadth" of a booking would feel easier like never before, for it covers a booking beginning from the time it is generated and stretches to the time it is paid for.

The app does not only remain confined to the process which a booking goes through while it is assigned, but also encompasses the entire history of the booking, thus eliminating the chances of a discrepancy if there could arise any otherwise.

The app is designed in such a way that it removes any chance of the booking not being attended to, now that it serves the purpose of notifying the booked interpreter periodically as the time of the booking approaches. In such a way, it adds not only in helping the interpreter with his/her personal management but also in the longer term, adds life to the level of trust a customer puts in us.

When we speak of this level of trust here at Language Empire, we mean striving hard to leave no stone unturned in extending to the customer our services in the best-possible manner. However, we also believe that while the services are important, proportionate heed must be paid to the security be it that of the client or of the customer.

The LE Customer Hub app is designed such that it never leaves the security of the one signing up/logging in compromised. The app stands secure allowing only the one possessing a unique dediacted ID to enter, also stamping the entire process by introducing particularly-unique credentials such as the Face ID & a Fingerprint impression.

The LE customer hub application has effectively addressed the previous inconvenience of forgetting billing history for past bookings. This improvement centers around seamless billing as a primary feature of the booking process. Users can now easily access and review the billing details of their prior bookings within the application. This enhancement enhances user experience by providing a convenient and transparent way to track and reference billing information, ensuring a smoother and more organized interaction with the booking platform. The inclusion of this feature not only streamlines the billing process but also fosters user confidence and satisfaction in the overall functionality of the LE customer hub application.

Moreover, the earlier nuisance of the forgetting the billing history of the past bookings has been sorted by LE customer hub application. The principal feature of the booking includes trouble-free billing. Now you can see the billings of the previous bookings on the application as well.

The hassle free process of the mobile application includes a smooth shift from external applications to Language Empire’s own mobile application “LE Customer Hub”.
