PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING NOTE

The resilience app will be examined for its effectiveness and feasibility as part of a scientific study at Leuphana University Lüneburg. It is offered free of charge.

To use the app you need personal access data. All study participants receive this necessary access data.

If you would like to participate in the study, visit our website and register there https://www.geton-training.de/resilienz

After registering, we will contact you promptly with information on the course of the study and the use of the resilience app.

The goal of this app is to increase your resilience and reduce your stress experience by turning your attention to your strengths on a daily basis.

Due to current stress and problems, we often no longer see what we do well in everyday life and we no longer perceive our strengths.

With this app, you will train your eyes on the things and activities in everyday life that succeed you despite minor or even greater difficulties and in which you constantly stick to them. In this way, you can discover daily moments of resilience in which you already show resilience, that is, resilient behavior. The app helps you to see what helps you to be resilient in these moments.

Training with the app consists of 3 building blocks:

Collecting resilience moments: During the day, you can use the app to collect your resilience moments. You then use the app to make notes and photos of everyday activities in which you succeed despite obstacles.

Reviewing the Day: In the evening, complete your collection of resilience moments, reviewing the moments in which you've succeeded, and assessing what was helpful in the situation.

Strength exercises: In addition, you can use the app daily to train your strengths with small exercises on.

You can also use historical charts to understand how the number of resilience moments accumulated, your well-being, and resilience levels change over time.
