This app allows the transmission of the screen to operators connected to SMART CONSTRUCTION Remote using user assistance features, and it also accepts remote operations from the operator.

To enable remote operations from the operator in SMART CONSTRUCTION Remote support, it is necessary to grant permission to SMART CONSTRUCTION Remote ext in the user assistance feature.

Data obtained using user assistance features will only be used for customer support in SMART CONSTRUCTION Remote.
