It performs this critical task by aggregating data from Smart Home IoT devices like thermostats, moisture sensors, etc. and then filters them through the preference center and the Artificial Intelligence engine before alerting the owner or their preferred contact of issues as they arise – and ideally, before they arise. It will Help the Human by identifying and connecting Squawk mobile app users with quality vendors within close proximity to assist in any home maintenance and repairs. It will also provide timely support and care messaging based on activity (or lack of) monitored within the home. For example, water usage patterns can be used to tell if there is a costly leak in your home or whether your aging mother took her nightly bath.
