Program Rules :

Before start workout pass the test. The aim of the test is to determine maximum number of push-ups that you can do in a row. Then based on the test result chose the program and start workout. Press the button after each approach to show the timer for rest (you can rest in a recommended time or change it according to your feelings). Follow the mode of rest and proper nutrition.
